Margery Hill is a delightful detached, 17th century stone built cottage, hidden away on Higher Row. It sits on the edge of the unspoilt village of Kingsand, a mere 5 minute walk from the sea, on the perimeter of Mount Edgcumbe Country Park and the South Cornwall coastal footpath.
The accommodation sleeps up to 6 people. 2 double bedrooms and 1 single (with additional pull-out bed), All lines and towels are provided. There are 2 bathrooms (1 en suite) and an additional outdoor toilet. Also a double futon in the living room (no bedding provided).
A large, open plan living room with log burner, TV, video recorder/DVD player, radio, music centre and large selection of books and videos. Full heating consisting of electronic radiators and underfloor heating.
French windows open into a conservatory which leads to a south facing front terrace which is ideal for al fresco eating and barbecues (gas barbecue provided). The dining room, with a slate floor and long farmhouse table, can seat up to 8 people. The kitchen is modern and has a large fridge freezer, extra large electric range cooker, Calor gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a filtered water tap.
Children are welcome and babysitting can be arranged.
Dogs are welcome, and are charged at a £35 per week supplement.
Please do not smoke in the cottage.
